吴琦,博士,1983 年5月出生,2004年7月获华东师范大学电子信息科学与技术专业理学学士学位,2004 年9月至2009年9月在上海交通大学电子信息与电气工程学院进行硕博连读学习,2009年12月获电磁场与微波技术专业工学博士学位。2009年12月加入北京航空航天大学电子信息工程学院担任教学与科研工作至今,现为北京航空航天大学电子信息工程学院讲师。

主要从事天线与电磁兼容技术研究工作,以第一作者发表相关的SCI论文十余篇,包括IEEE Transactions on Antennas and Propagation、IEEE Transactions on Electron Devices杂志论文5篇,相关成果被SCI检索引用近100次。

►教育及工作经历
教授,博导。国家中组部青年千人,北航自旋电子交叉学科研究中心主任,费尔北京研究院主任,法国国家科学研究中心终身研究员。
2007年获得法国南巴黎大学物理学博士学位,2009年成为法国国家科学研究中心终身研究员带领自旋电子集成团队。自旋电子寄存器发明人,自旋电子器件开源模型库SPINLIB创始人,主持和参与欧盟或法国重大科研项目近20项,为自旋电子研究领域的国际知名青年学者。2013年加入北航,任自旋电子交叉学研究中心主任。

►科研成果
迄今出版学术专著2部,发表论文100余篇,其中SCI检索近60篇,EI/ISTP检索50余篇,大会邀请报告40余次,授权国际发明专利4项。为多个SCI期刊如The Scientific World Journal等编委,担任IEEE-ISCAS, IEEE-DATE等国际会议主席或分会场主席,是Nature Nanotechnology等国际刊物的固定评阅人。

方宁,女,博士后。2002年毕业于北京航空航天大学电子信息工程学院,获工学学士学位,2007年获北京航空航天大学电磁场与微波技术专业博士学位,2009年北航博士后流动站出站并留校任教。

►教育背景
2002 年获北京航空航天大学通信与信息系统工学博士学位。2002.4-2006.4,在北京维思韦尔公司航空电子研发中心,任航电研发部主管,主要从事航空电子预研项目、工程项目的研究工作。先后承担了多项任务中相关航电系统和设备的研制任务。 2006.4-2008.4, 在北航电子信息工程学院博士后流动站工作。

►研究方向
包括航空电子、舰船电子、综合显示、无线网络、嵌入式技术、实时系统、平台电子系统综合与测试。

►主讲课程
2008.4-至今,在北京航空航天大学航空电子重点实验室从事平台电子综合、卫星导航的研究以及教学工作,主讲《电子电路》、《航空电子综合》等课程,指导(协助指导)研究生9名,是国家精品课程《电子电路I》课程组主要成员之一。
